Community Development Worker

We are seeking an experienced and committed community development worker to join our team at an exciting moment for Redcliffe.

The Community Development Worker will be responsible for supporting and developing community provision in response to and in partnership with local residents, community groups and other agencies working in the Redcliffe area.

The role involves management and development of a new community centre (developing it as a resource with the wider community) but also connecting with people outside of the centre. 

Hours per week 30 hours per week 

Salary £25,000 pa pro rata (£20,000 gross)

Post Permanent (following a 3 month probationary period)

Pension Employer Contribution of 8%

Employer St Mary Redcliffe Parochial Church Council

Annual Leave 25 days plus bank holidays, pro-rata
