New Fosseway School

Pupils from New Fosseway School in Hartcliffe are delighted to present our entry into this years Treefest competition. New Fosseway is a special school for children aged from 4 to 19 years old and this year, pupils in KS4 and KS5 have been creating a wonderfully unique Christmas tree.

The pupils have been working in their Duke of Edinburgh sessions each week to create different decorations including woolly hats, mini Christmas tree and snowflakes from a variety of different materials such as lolly sticks, buttons and toilet rolls.

The tree uses a wooden pyramid frame that is linked to work that the pupils have been doing in their Maths work this term around 2D and 3D shapes.

The pupils have thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to make decorations and get into the festive spirit this year and are all incredibly excited to see the other trees that are entered into the competition.
