Welcome to the St. Mary Redcliffe Church website. I hope you will find here all the information you are looking for about our Church. The building is an undisputed masterpiece of Gothic architecture which has stood on this site for well over 800 years. You will find descriptions on these pages of carved bosses, elegant eighteenth century iron work, beautiful stained glass and even the sounds of our world famous organ and choir. But behind everyone of these images there are people who worship here, maintain the welcome to the church and try to serve God in their everyday lives. It is they who welcome you to this website, and hope that you may be able to physically visit our church, whether as tourist, pilgrim or worshipper.
